What you'll do

As an intern in the Reward and Employment team, you'll draw on your problem-solving skills to advise clients in this complex and challenging area. Specific responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- advising and working closely with clients on all aspects of reward strategy, from design through to detailed implementation for executives and the wider workforce

- reviewing company executive compensation disclosure, governance and reporting against the requirements to support with compliance

- researching and preparing reports, guidance and advice for HR contacts, remuneration committees, tax, finance and payroll departments and employees. These reports and guidance will be centered around legal, tax and regulatory guidelines of pay, benchmarking, and specific elements of the remuneration packages such as bonus and share incentives etc

- providing research and data on market practice in various aspects of pay to support companies' decisions. These may include executive pay benchmarking, incentive plan design, global operation, taxation and accounting.

Graduate offers will be for the same office and business area in which you completed your internship.

What you'll need

You'll need to be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; or

you'll need to be in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one year postgraduate place confirmed; and

you'll need to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.

When to apply

Once you have submitted your application you'll have seven days to complete the online test, this is the first stage of our recruitment process.

Assessment centres for this role will take place between 18 December 2023 - 26 January 2024 or 19 February - 4 March 2024 . We expect to be able to give you at least a week's notice to attend.
