Job Title: International EOR (Employer of Record)/Compliance Officer

Department: Compliance

Salary: GBP25,000 – GBP30,000 (Depends on experience)

Job Overview:

Play a crucial role in the company's global business strategy.Responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in international employment and EOR solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Compliance & Policy Analysis:

Monitor and ensure compliance with international labor laws, taxation, relocation policies.Develop and implement compliant EOR solutions. 2. Risk Management & Internal Collaboration:

Assess and mitigate legal risks in international employment.Collaborate with internal departments to enhance compliance processes. 3. Client Consultation & Support:

Provide expert advice on EOR services, focusing on legal and regulatory aspects.Maintain client relations and handle visa strategy consultations. Qualifications:

Master's degree (or higher) or equivalent in a relevant field.Proficiency in international labor laws, taxation, compliance and legal analysis.Strong communication skills and fluency in relevant languages.The legal and compliance aspects of the EOR/Compliance Officer role is emphasised, aligning with the specific requirements of the position.Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work autonomously while being a productive team member.Strong analytical and problem–solving capabilities.Fluency in Chinese, English, and any other relevant languages.Sales–oriented mindset with an undying zeal for international market progression.Ability to thrive in a fast–paced environment managing multiple tasks. High resilience, a dedicated work ethic, and impeccable professional integrity.Continuous learning capability. Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of international labor laws, taxation, relocation policies, and compliance issues. Additionally, experience in Employer of Record (EOR) services, global business expansion strategies, or visa application processes is highly desirable.
