My client is a well-established Engineering business and we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter to join their team in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter from either In-House, Talent Acquisition, or Agency environment to be an integral part of the Internal Recruitment team in a position that will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across a range of business functions.
This role will work closely with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions to attract the best candidates.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentManaging the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of business functionsWorking closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specificationsUtilizing multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract top talentConducting thorough phone and in-person interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fitProviding a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processProviding regular updates to hiring managers and the HR team on recruitment progressUsing data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve the recruitment process
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a track record of nurturing & hiring top talentStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and employer brandingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressureStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExperience using recruitment software and tools, with a good understanding of data analysis and reporting

Salary: 28,000 - 34,000/yr
Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday
