Duties Include:
Deliver excellent customer serviceBuild and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of long–term customer loyaltyConsistently generate profitable sales for the branch, via the telephone by effectively using a range of techniques and resourcesManage customer queries in relation to invoices, orders or stockUnderstand the customer cycle by proactively targeting new customers and developing them into consistent live trading accountsCollaborating with customers, colleagues and suppliers by supporting with promotions, sales events, supplier days and new product launchesSupporting in other areas of the branch as required Experience/Skills:
Telephone sales experienceConfident in both proactive and reactive sales callsTeam playerElectrical Wholesale knowledge & experience is essential Job Types: Full–time, Permanent
Salary: GBP26 – GBP28K plus generous profit share enhancing package greatly
