Internal Sales

We are actively seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team. Your role will be to help proactively drive sales revenue through effective administration and sales activity. Ideally you will have previous sales support/internal sales/customer service experience. We offer a friendly and inclusive working environment, a good basic salary and a quarterly bonus based on company profitability.
Key duties will include:
- Sales order processing
- Sales support administration
- Dealing with incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Producing quotes for clients and follow-up verbally through to completion
- Maximising the potential of new and existing clients
- Contacting lapsed accounts to gain current trading information.
- Updating CRM software with relevant information
- Liaising with the manufacturers' sales departments
Experience, knowledge & skills:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Polite friendly manner, - team player, positive attitude, good organisation skills.
- Intuitively proactive, able to prioritise busy workload, competent using software and systems.
Job terms:
- Bank Holidays + 20days holiday per annum (rising to 25days with increasing tenure).
- Private car parking.
- Nest pension contributions.
- Hours 8am to 5pm, 40hours pw.
