We are looking for a organised Recruitment Coordinator to join the busy HR Team, where you will be supporting the HR Director, and HR Business Partner in all areas of recruitment and on boarding. This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term maternity contract.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment process and finding the best candidates for open roles. Recruitment knowledge interview and hiring experience, are essential to the role. Working with all line managers to attract and select the right fit candidates.
Main Responsibilities for the Recruitment Coordinator
Supporting line managers with the recruitment process, from selection and interview processNew starter completing all paperwork forms and all administration involvedLiaising with recruitment agencies/job boards, negotiating terms and building relationshipsAdding new starters to the database, ensuring all information is accurate and ready for payrollLiaising with hiring managers creating induction plans for new startersDelivering training on HR systems to new managers and internal transfersDelivering new starter inductionsSupporting the onboarding process of new starters includingMaintaining employee personnel records Key Skills Required for the Recruitment Coordinator:
Experience in recruitment is essentialConfident communicator at all levelsAdaptable in a changing environmentOrganised administratorCustomer service experienceUsed to working with and managing a processDatabase entry/maintenanceTime managementAbility to development good working relationships, internally and externallyThis role will suit a confident, methodical, process-driven, team-player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
