Position Summary: As an Internal Recruiter at Remedy, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for our internal positions. You will collaborate closely with department managers and leadership to understand their staffing needs, proactively source candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your goal will be to ensure that our company maintains a high-performing and engaged workforce while upholding our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire the best-fit candidates for various internal roles within the company. Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases, to build a strong candidate pipeline. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV reviews, phone screens, and interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other evaluation activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and administering pre-employment checks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job-related information within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant systems. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the recruitment process. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Remedy Recruitment Group as an employer of choice. Qualifications:
1 year experience as an Internal Recruiter. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
