Are you an Internal Communications Specialist available immediately and able to support an organisation going through change as a result of acquisition?

The organisation will be integrating a new business into their structure and want to make sure they provide clear and concise communication to foster trust and engagement across the new organisation.

Key role focus:

• This will be a hands on role working closely with the HR Project Manager and the integration Lead.

• You'll be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of change, ensuring that communications happen with people in mind.

• You'll create and implement communication plans that help to maximise employee engagement and support changes to ways of working.

Key background:

• Have experience developing Internal Communications for integration projects

• Have strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Have excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills

• Be a self-starter and be able to hit the ground running
