Pre-empting, and providing solutions to manage the needs and expectations of all our clients and candidates efficiently. Resourcing and selecting and placing the best candidates in relation to opportunities offered by clients. Making the entire process from initial contact, interview, offer stage and beyond, a seamlessly positive experience. Effectively negotiating pay and salary rates to finalise arrangements between client and candidate. Advising candidates on their CV, interview processes and generally enabling to build their confidence in obtaining the role. Being driven to find commercial opportunities to achieve successful business development. Finding and attracting talented candidates and maintaining an active candidate database. Having the mindset to keep pushing the success of the business by having the initiative to think outside of the box on ways to improve and progress.Skills required to be successful in the Interim Recruitment Consultant role Ideally 2+ years' experience in an Interim recruitment role with proven results. A clear understanding of IR35 and interim contractual requirements. Ability to source and attract candidates through various methods. A passionate desire and winning mentality, to succeed and build a successful career in recruitment. The ability to identify, target and secure new business opportunities, whilst being resilient and persistent, as well as being able to overcome objections. A strong focus on quality, performance improvements and can demonstrate a growth mentality.In return you will receive a salary of between GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 with an OTE of circa GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
