Elevation's Procurement & Supply Chain Interim Division are currently searching for an Interim IT Procurement Manager, for a key client based in the Leeds area.
Day Rate: GBP275-300 per dayAs the IT Procurement Manager, you will be working on multiple sourcing projects across the spectrum of IT technologies and services. Your role will advise the IT organisation on commercial, contract and supplier management activity on an international basis.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Interim IT Procurement Manager include:
Accountability for key parts of the overall IT sourcing and procurement planShape and support commercial projects and ensures delivery to meet the business plans for each functional areaSupport supplier management activities for a defined range of suppliers working closely with the Vendor ManagersAct as the prime point of escalation for contract and supplier management disputes - engages at Director level with suppliersAgree the go-to-market approach with IT Project Managers and IT Service ManagersSupport the management of key suppliers across a range of technologies and servicesPut suitable contracts in place with suppliers working with Risk, Finance and Legal resources Key Skills & Attributes required:
