Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be working with a global business that operates across over 80 countries and has a headcount of over 700,000 people! This role ideally will be hybrid with office presence 2/3 times a week ideally in London but can be based anywhere in the UK. Working closely with the Group Head of Reward you will be solely responsible for the data collection and insight across the reward function. The group is currently going through a full pay and bonus review and your role will be key to the analytics of this data. Part of the role will require you to perform data validation, system testing alongside data collection, analysis and analytics. You will develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to enable a proper understanding of rewards programs and its various impacts. As well as BAU work you will also have the opportunity to contribute and support wider People function projects that include a reward element, such as participation on global reward team projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytic and numeric skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. You will have good attention to detail and accuracy and ideally have analytical experience within a HR or Reward function. Ideally you will have proven interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability ability to effectively handle pressures and demands of deadlines and changing priorities.
