I am seeking 2 HR Project Managers for my Higher Education client based in Central London. These roles will be offered on a fixed term salaried basis from 50,961 to 68,406 per year depending upon experience. 1 role will be for 7 months (4 or 5 days per week) and the other for 12 months (ideally 3 days per week) on a hybrid working basis with 50% of your time in the office and the remainder working remotely.
Reporting to the Associate Director of HR, you will support on the HR aspects of the transformation, change and restructure projects. The ideal candidate will be available to start in January 2024 and have experience of : -
- HR Project Management from the Public or Not-for-Profit sector
- Leading on the HR elements of change, transformation and restructure and implementing them, preferably from large organisations
- Working in a unionised environment and understanding issues that arise as a result of restructure, including dealing with consultations
- Working with senior leaders
- Have a dynamic approach in a fast-paced environment
