I am seeking an Interim HR Consultant for my Higher Education client based in Central London. The role will be offered on a fixed term salaried basis from 42,477 to 55,172 per year depending upon experience. This position will initially be for 7 months (4 or 5 days per week) on a hybrid working basis with 50% of your time in the office and the remainder working remotely.

Reporting to the Associate Director of HR or HR Project Manager, you will support the HR Project Manager during the implementation of the change and restructure project. The ideal candidate will be available to start in January 2024 and have experience of : -

- Dealing with consultations and 1-to-1s relating to change and restructure

- Supporting in the delivery of change and restructure programmes

- Working in a unionised environment and understanding issues that arise as a result of restructure
