Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnering with a Professional Services business in Sheffield looking to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner for a period of c12 months starting in Jan/Feb 24.
The role offers hybrid and flexible working c2 days in the office, as well as excellent benefits.
The role will be responsible for setting the HR and talent agenda for a specific area of the business, in line with the stakeholder s business plans and the wider People agenda. You will bring commercial and pragmatic HR experience, partnering with colleagues across the whole HR function to design and deliver well thought out people solutions.
Areas of input will include performance cycle, salary and remuneration reviews, wellbeing strategies as well as broader generalist HR.
Additionally the role will be involved in wider HR projects representing your stakeholder group from a HR and people perspective.

Strong commercial, business acumen with the ability to demonstrate a pragmatic approachExperience of operating in a professional, corporate environment, ideally complex, matrix or globalProven track record of driving forward a HR agenda in line with business strategy from diagnostic through to designing and delivering solutions.Technical depth in a specialist HR discipline such as Leadership and Talent, Organisational Development, Strategic Workforce Planning or Employee Experience would be an advantage.Evidence of turning ideas into reality, demonstrating embedded resultsAbility to coach senior stakeholders, create trusted and professional partner relationshipsDemonstrate resilience, professional communication skills including presenting and coaching as well as being collaborative and proactive.You should also be able to demonstrate strong business acumen, not just HR knowledge!
