Hybrid Working Offered - 2 days in the office, 3 days remote. Occasional travel to other sites in the South East required.

We are delighted to be recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner to join our client's charitable organisation on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
Working within their established and supportive HR team, this role will be focussing on employee relations and will be leading on a variety of casework along with providing quality operational support on all aspects of the employee life cycle. The role will be
Role Duties:
Provide high quality HR support and advice on a range of ER issues and caseworkCoach and develop line managers to be able to lead on performance managementSupport managers through absence management and capability issues, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered toLead on investigations, consultations, meetings and hearingsEnsure audit trails are completed and provide reports when requiredMaintain up to date knowledge of employment law changes and best practiceProvide regular updates and information to HR teamSupport HR team with any ad hoc HR project work Candidate Requirements:
Extensive experience with a variety of ER caseworkIdeally working at HR Manager, HRBP, or Senior HR Advisor levelCIPD level 5 qualified but, strong work experience will be considered tooA solution focussed approachFantastic people skills with the ability to build excellent working relationshipsAdvanced communication skills Please apply for further details.
