Description

Partner Financial are collaborating with an iconic brand and household–name within the hospitality industry who are currently recruiting for an Interim FP&A Manager for a maternity cover. The organisation and finance function are transforming and accelerating as they embark on an ambitious growth strategy over the next few years.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for analysing and managing the financial data of the business, supporting the senior leadership team providing commercial insights and preparing reports to help drive the decision–making process.

Key Responsibilities

Building and leading the forecast process for the group, ensuring accurate trend analysis.Providing detailed P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet analysis, identifying business trends, risks, and opportunities.Leading the budgeting process, working alongside stakeholders across the business to develop the budget assumptions and input templates.Supporting operational business decisions and advising on actions to maximise business value, considering the wider impacts of decisions across the company.Accelerating FP&A cycles using automations including the creation of dashboards.Identifying growth opportunities within new territories and providing recommendations from the analysis.Partnering with stakeholders across the business supporting and challenging them through the budgeting process.Assisting to build and evolve weekly Flash reports and present across the businesses. The Ideal Candidate

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent).Relevant experience across hospitality or leisure.Analytical, with the ability to analyse, interpret and present financial and business data.Able to proactively establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Excellent communication skills who is comfortable challenging existing protocols, and comfortable influencing at all levels of the business.Ability to offer advice to the business to aid the key decision–making process.
