Interim Director Job

Location: London

Salary: GBP50-GBP90 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Direct a team of accountants and tax specialists, providing strategic oversight of service delivery.Work closely with the Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.Monitor workflow for assignments and report on all commercial aspects of portfolio management.Provide strategic guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues to enhance audit methodologies and processes.Effectively communicate progress against agreed projects to clients and senior management. Qualifications:

Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in the provision of all general accounting and tax services.Proven experience directing a team and portfolio in practice.Strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of auditing standards and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
