A private equity backed Financial Services organisation are on the lookout for a Compensation Specialist to support them for a short term role.
We are currently looking for an Interim Compensation Professional to play a key role in shaping and executing our compensation strategy across our portfolio of companies. This individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and other stakeholders to design and implement effective compensation programs that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing compensation structures and practices within portfolio companies.Develop and implement compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and industry-relevant compensation practices.Collaborate with HR teams to design and administer bonus and incentive programs.Provide guidance on executive compensation, including equity-based incentives and long-term incentive plans.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.Partner with finance and accounting teams to manage budgeting and forecasting related to compensation expenses.Analyze and interpret compensation data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. This is a short term role, and will have to be immediately available to be considered for this role.
