Our client is a major player in the onshore renewables sector. As a result of rapid expansion of the portfolio, an experienced asset manager is required urgently. The portfolio is majority owned by an external investor.

The job role: Interim Asset Manager, Onshore Wind.

Reporting to: Senior Asset Manager Direct reports: none

Key tasks

Monitor and challenge the operational performance and optimisation metrics to achieve the portfolio's highest possible availability of generation. Make improvement recommendations to the owners.Prepare and manage internal and external forecastsAssure that the projects' transition from Implementation Phase to Commercial Operation Date (COD) is successfulFacilitate collaboration amongst organisational cross-functional teamsEnsuring accurate and timely management reportingEnsuring valuations are accurate, consistent, robust and delivered in a timely mannerMaintaining data management systemsManaging compliancesProviding support to the Development team Start Date: Early January 2024

Location of project: Northern England / Scotland /London/ 60% home based

Duration:Minimum 6 months. Possibly temp to perm
