Description
The Intercompany Assistant Accountant role is initially a 3 month temporary assignment which could be extended. The role will be Hybrid working – 3 days in Wythenshawe office/2 remote. Reporting to the Finance Manager Key duties will include:
Facilitate intercompany transactions and ensure accurate record keeping.Collaborate with different departments to resolve any discrepancies in the accounts.Participate in monthly closings and prepare intercompany billing invoices.Maintain and update intercompany accounts according to established procedures.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.Contribute to special projects within the accounting and finance department.Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Be ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified by experienceIdeally have experience of fixed assets or experience of Assisting in preparing Management AccountsBe able to commute 3 days per week to Wythenshawe officeBe able to consider temporary role initially Job Offer
