Barker Munro recruitment has several vacancies to join the Insurance industry within an award-winning Insurance company based in Haywards Heath starting February 2024.

This is the BEST opportunity to break into the industry currently where you will receive intensive training working in the office for the first 6 months induction. After this, you will receive the higher salary bracket and will be given the opportunity to work 3 days a week from home if you wish.

You will be trained to be responsible for validating policy information to ensure that customers have the right cover at the right price. You will be trained to gain the investigation skills required. Within this role you'll cast your eye over insurance policies to check customer details are correct and make outbound calls to update and revise customers' policy details, making any required adjustments or cancellations. You'll investigate all cases of potential misrepresentation and non-disclosure at policy inception and claims stage through to completion.

The successful applicants will investigate, through to a conclusion, policies where quote manipulation is suspected prior to the inception of the policy, putting that inner 'Sherlock Holmes' to use. You will also answer customers' questions over the phone, by confirming details in the documents and through email to resolve any discrepancies related to misrepresentation, non-disclosure or indemnity issues.

The role is office based for the first 6 months and then will offer hybrid working. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Excellent holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays and benefits.
