Responsibilities:
Answering customer calls Engaging with customers via phone and email, updating details on the system, and providing exceptional customer service Producing customer, affinity, and veterinary correspondence to corporate standards Compiling and posting documents as needed. Consistently maintaining an energetic approach and building rapport with internal and external customers to establish strong customer relations Collaborating with veterinary practices, breeders, policyholders, and affinity partners to gather information, enabling veterinary nurses to settle claims and process payments Managing customers throughout the lifecycle of their policy Qualifications:

Full Time 37.5 hours per week on a 3–week rotational shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am–4pmWeek 2: Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm with a half–day on Saturday with a day off in the week in lieuWeek 3: Monday to Friday 12pm–8pm (Saturday shifts are rare 1/3 weeks, time will be given back during the week, you will never be required to work more than 5 days in a week.)
Note: Onsite working is required during the probation period. Hybrid working may be offered post–probation if targets are met.
