Salary: GBP22,250 + Bonus Scheme - OTE GBP30,000

Reed have partnered with a family run business who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Personal Lines Insurance team based in Chessington Surrey.
This is a hybrid role with one week in every three working in our office. You will be required to be in the office for the first four months to receive full training that our client has in place.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering great customer service and have a 'can-do' attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 12 months Insurance experience.Attention to detail and time management skills.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent IT skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Helping to resolve any customer queries and enquiries.Dealing with customer amendments and corrections to policies.You will be liaising with Insurance companies when necessary.
Beneficial Supporting Skills:CII Qualification(s) is desirable for role or a willingness to work towards attaining this qualification which will be supported by the company.
