SALARY: GBP25,000 per annum (Basic Salary) / up to GBP29,500 OTE + Generous Benefits (see below), including a Great Pension Scheme – Company Matched plus 2% (up to 10%)
LOCATION: Hybrid / Flexible working with your time split between working from home and the office in Birmingham, West Midlands (You MUST live within a commutable distance to the office in Birmingham)

As a New Business Insurance Consultant / Insurance Advisor working at the heart of the company's General Insurance Department, you will be responsible for providing tailored advice for Motor / Home and Travel Insurance via inbound and outbound calls.
Working as the New Business Insurance Consultant / Insurance Advisor you'll be handling calls from new and existing customers relating to requests / queries / changes and will need great customer service skills and a good understanding of insurers and insurance brokers.
DUTIES
Your duties as a New Business Insurance Consultant / Insurance Advisor include:
Providing tailored advice to customers for motor, home and travel insurance quotations Processing customer requests with queries and changes to policies Ensuring all customer documentation is sent accurately and completed to an excellent standard Being pro–active in ensuring that the leads passed onto you are followed up efficiently and in a timely manner Working towards targets to ensure the company is delivering the best levels of service to customers CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
