We are currently recruiting for an experienced Insurance Advisor to join an innovative and forward thinking company who specialise in both Commercial and Personal Lines insurance. Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional services and is at an exciting stage of growth. You will need to be self motivated with previous Insurance experience to join this dynamic team.

The Role of Insurance Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and be an integral part of a new division. The role will be varied and can be built around the successful individual. It will involve client contact as well as liaison with Insurance companies on a daily basis. You will be customer facing and will where you will be provided with full training, support and fully funded opportunities to study for Insurance based qualifications. There is plenty of opportunity for the right person to develop within this company.

The ideal candidate for the Insurance Advisor role

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

Excellent Communication Skills: You will be engaging with clients and insurers, requiring clear and effective communication.

Strong Listening Skills: Attentively listening to client requirements and acting accordingly is crucial.

Innovative and Collaborative: Open communication is crucial as is sharing of best practices. You should be comfortable contributing ideas and solutions.

Self-Motivation: You will be expected to manage tasks independently within our supportive environment. Self-discipline is essential.

Insurance Experience (Preferred, Not essential): While some insurance-related experience is beneficial, a keen attitude to learn and develop is more important.

Growth Mindset: A willingness to dive in and contribute to the growth of this new business segment is key.
