Ensuring their customers always receive exceptional customer service, you will handle enquiries, provide insurance quotations?explaining the benefits of policies and?undertake insurance transactions with a 'can-do' enthusiasm.
Also following full training you will be able to cross sell general Insurance?and Financial Services products?to existing clients and assist with renewal retention by using your excellent telephone manner to make the most of every call.?

As an Insurance Adviser your responsibilities will include:
Providing sales and general Insurance service for Personal Lines?customers. As you gain more experience you will be trained in Commercial Insurance so you can assist smaller business customers.?Reviewing customer policies and helping retain business.?Processing all customer instructions for policy amendments.?Identifying and initiating cross-selling opportunities. To be a successful Insurance Adviser you will:
Demonstrate drive and a can-do attitude to provide fantastic customer service.Be a confident and effective communicator, with good interpersonal skills.Be organised and able to work to deadlines as required. If you have experience in the Insurance industry that is advantageous.
