Role: Installation Project Coordinator
Salary: 28,000 - 33,000
Location: Harrow
Starting: Jan 2024
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5PM
Here's what you'll be doing as our Installation Project Coordinator :
Receiving and cross-referencing goods from suppliers, accurately updating the internal system
Managing stock levels and maintaining store security
Raising purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery
Completing required paperwork and documenting all actions pertaining to orders
Handling faulty parts, returns, and repairs efficiently
Managing telephone inquiries for installation projects
Coordinating and booking access for engineer/installation visits
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Reporting project progress and ensuring client satisfaction
Managing transportation and deliveries
Maintaining health and safety standards
