Salary £48,000 to £52,000 subject to experience plus car

Location – Nationwide, driving license essential

Full time- Permanent

About the company

Our client has been a market leader in the hotel furniture industry for 26 years. Working with clients such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn & Crowne Plaza. With a 60,000 sq ft factory just 10 minutes from Leeds City Centre, they make high specification, bespoke hotel furniture. The company is growing and looking for an individual to join the management team in order to help optimise the multiple opportunities ahead.

Job Purpose

To take ownership for the full installation life cycle of high-quality range of hotel furniture.

Responsibilities

Responsible for on time programme completionResponsible for quality of the installationCommunicate with head office team (Leeds based) on a regular basisOn-site management of multiple projectsResponsible for the safe handling of furniture throughout the site programmeRegular liaison with both the client’s and internal Project ManagersAccurate and timely surveys of rooms for our furnitureAttendance at site meetingsCoordinating sub contract fitters to work on time and in budgetProvide site feedback/diaries to in house Project ManagersManagement of sub-contractor installation & distribution teamsTo ensure any installations issues are sorted and complete the relative documentation to support the visit, ensuring full customer satisfaction is achieved

Requirements:

You must be able to work under pressure and work well in a team.Ability to deal with sites at different locationsBuild rapport and manage customer experience Must be able to work on own initiativeDriving License requiredAbility to demonstrate a commitment to ‘Right First Time’ and continuous improvement.Confident to make decisions based on sound knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.Proven track record of site management experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel and good computer skillsGood numeracy skills
