With over 40 years in business, a leading plastics manufacturing facility is looking for an Injection Moulding Lead Technician / Team Leader to join their team. This company continues to go from strength to strength, winning projects with new and existing customers, receiving a huge investment and installing state-of-the-art equipment to aid in their quest to become the number one in their field.

Working with the Production Manager, you will be the technical expert on site, looking after a team of around 15 Setters/Technicians.

GBP35,000 - GBP39,000, Days Monday - Friday

As the Injection Moulding Lead Technician / Team Leader, your duties will include -

Leading the mouldshop team, setting daily priorities and targetsResolving moulding / production issues, ensuring production runs smoothlyAssisting, supporting and training Setters/TechniciansLeading optimisation and CI activityLiaising with customers with regards to any non-conformance issues To be successful in the role of Moulding Lead Technician Team Leader, the ideal candidate will -

Have a significant amount of experience within plastic injection moulding, with formal trainingBe experienced in trouble shooting process issues, leading optimisation / CI projects, and tool triallingBe comfortable with dealing with customersHave experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Shift Manager Click on the link to Apply!
