We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual giving professional to join a growing fundraising team at an extremely well supported regional charity in the Midlands.

It's an exciting time of development that includes the strengthening of the income generation team, data migration / cleanse and a new database.

The role can be homeworking with occasional visits to the office and offers the opportunity to review and improve existing individual giving campaigns, supporter journeys and CRM use.

You will lead in the development, planning, and delivery of the Individual Giving programmes, leading on new campaigns, maximising supporter acquisition and retention and achieving income budgets through the development of individual giving appeals that maximise donor income/support.

Part Time - 4 days a week (30 hours)

Permanent or 12 month contract

Midlands office with flexible Remote / Home Working

Up to Circa GBP36,000 per annum pro rata

Duties will include:

Manage the day-to-day development and execution of individual giving campaigns to generate repeat gifts and grow incomeWorking closely with external agencies and freelancers to best effectDevelopment of supporter data and preferences and permissions, and data profiling optimisationOverseeing the scheduling and coordination work in relation to appeals, events and fundraising activitiesResearch and recommend ways of improving donor / supporter acquisition & retention.Championing best CRM practice Ideal candidates will have:

Knowledge and experience of the principles of direct marketing, database and donor acquisition, retention / developmentKnowledge of strategies, approaches and techniques used specifically to fundraise from individual giving, using a variety of channels from digital to mailExperience in managing regular giving, donor acquisition and retention campaignsExperience of monitoring and analysing direct marketing campaignsExperience of successfully identifying new income streams and providing strategic direction for further developmentExperience of managing external suppliers including direct marketing agencies to deliver fundraising objectivesAbility to or experience of developing and implementing an individual giving strategy.
