Coeliac UK currently has an exciting opportunity for a Individual Giving Manager, to join our team in High Wycombe, with the possibility to regularly work from home by prior agreement with your line manager. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return you will receive a competitive salary of GBP30,000 - GBP34,000 per annum based on experience.

Coeliac UK represents over 60,000 members providing information and support to those affected by coeliac disease or following a gluten free diet. We also campaign on behalf of all those living with coeliac disease and undertake research into the causes of the disease.

The Individual Giving Manager role:

Coeliac UK are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Individual Giving Manager with excellent communication and project management skills to join our fundraising team. The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering various fundraising campaigns to increase income and supporter engagement, maximize lifetime value, and provide an excellent supporter experience.

Key responsibilities of the Individual Giving Manager:

Delivering a schedule of planned fundraising direct marketing activities including raffles, appeals and supporter newsletters. Developing and growing regular giving income via Direct Debit, payroll giving and our weekly lottery. Managing end-to-end campaign processes, including brief development, design, copy, data selections, print, production, postage, and digital components as part of integrated campaigns. Keeping all campaign documentation up to date and monitor campaign expenditure against budgets, providing regular updates and reports. Managing external agency and supplier relationships ensuring they are delivering on campaign objectives and deadlines. Working with the marketing team to maintain brand identity and deliver marketing activities to achieve campaign objectives. Ensuring consistent and thorough record-keeping for our supporters through the charity CRM system, in compliance with fundraising guidelines and GDPR. Working with the Head of Fundraising, develop a detailed data brief for each campaign that is fully informed by supporter insight. Analysing campaign results and produce close and learn reports to inform future decision making. Assisting the Fundraising team in supporter care roles when required, including dealing with telephone, post and email enquiries, donation processing, merchandise and event attendance. Essential experience, skills and knowledge required for the Individual Giving Manager role:

Demonstrable success and experience in a similar role events, marketing, communications, or fundraising. Experience of project managing campaigns from start to finish within given budgets and timescales. Experience of briefing and building relationships with external suppliers and successfully managing internal stakeholders. Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to work to deadlines. Ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload. Accurate with a high level of attention to detail. Creative thinker with the ability to propose and develop campaign concepts. Knowledge of regulatory environment for fundraising from individuals including data protection, Gift Aid and fundraising codes of practice and regulation. Knowledge and experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and standard Microsoft Office packages, including Excel. A confident and proactive team player who can work across departments in a collaborative manner, with the willingness to work flexibly to respond to the needs of the charity.
