I am on the hunt for an Import Clerk to join a well-known logistics/courier company based in Hounslow. This is a Monday-Friday role, working from 8:30am - 4pm with occasional weekends where required. The successful candidate will join a small but friendly team in a busy office & warehouse environment. Please note, the successful candidate will also be required to undergo a DBS check, along with a 5 year employment check.
Main duties:
Liaising with customers and airlines in a professional manner via phone and email, providing first class customer service at all timesInput customs entries using Data Freight / CNS systemsUsing MS Excel and spreadsheets Handling import enquiriesInvoicing and further administrative tasksLiaising with various departments, colleagues and third parties Requirements:
Previous import experience Ability to work within a team, as well as using own initiative and a "can do" positive attitudeExcellent written and verbal EnglishComputer literate - MS Excel, CRM systems, freight systemsMust be willing to work occasional weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis Package & benefits:
