Obtaining full policy informationProducing client Annual Review ReportsDealing with client queriesAssisting with product researchProcessing applicationsUpkeep of company database with full and accurate client recordsLiaising with product providers and other relevant third partiesIndividual workflow and task deliveryGenerate FE Performance ReportsSupporting the delivery of and achievement of the client service standardsWorking alongside the paraplanners and administrators to ensure smooth delivery of work
