We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join our leading independent financial advisory firm based in Kingsley.
Responsibilities
Provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA s Preparing and amending valuations for client reviews on a monthly basis Preparing and submitting new business to providers Liaising with advisers and clients to ensure excellent service is delivered Create and update client tasks to ensure things are dealt with in a timely manner Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails To be a point of contact for clients, providers, and other members of the business Ensure all client documentation is properly recorded
Person Specification
Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel Excellent telephone manner Excellent time management Attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn Benefits
