Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Humanities Teacher to join our team at a Secondary School in Chingford. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students in Years 7-11, with a focus on Geography and History.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students.Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as required.Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching Humanities subjects at the Secondary School level.Strong subject knowledge in Geography and History.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
