Castle Employment HR division is recruiting for an exciting HR Manager role with our client based in York. With a headcount of approximately 150 employees, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join this dynamic and rapidly growing business. This is a hands-on operational role with opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives and project work.

As HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the human resources function. You will work closely with leadership and employees to create and maintain positive and productive work environments across the business. This will include:

Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to employees and managers on all HR-related matters to ensure a harmonious workplace.Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop a robust recruitment strategy. Review and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle.Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes.Training and Development: Identify training and coaching needs, develop training programmes.Compensation and Benefits: Administer and continually review compensation and benefits.HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Strategic HR Planning: Develop HR strategies and objectives that align with the company's goals and growth plans.HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR projects.Employee Engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. You should have proven experience as a transformational HR Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in HR leadership positions, thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
