Salary of 30- 35k per annumWalsall based officeFlexibility in working hours, with core hours being 09:00am-17:00pm28 days holiday entitlementWhat does the ideal HR Advisor look like? Our ideal candidate will have:

Degree educated or equivalent plus CIPD qualified (or working towards)An experienced individual who is familiar working in a HR environment, providing first line generalist HR adviceDemonstrate knowledge of employment legislation Ability to manage your time effectively whilst working on a range of complex matters within a fast paced environmentProactive approach to continuous business improvementsAbility to act on own initiativeExperience on implementing processesDemonstrate organisational skillsDemonstrates commitment to, and enthusiasm for personal developmentAbility to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to differing audiencesIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA positive 'Can Do' attitudeWhat will the HR Advisor be responsible for? Key duties include but are not limited to:

Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practiceRespond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process etc.Ensure the timely and satisfactory resolution of employee relations issues by maintaining effective relationships with staff side representativesBuild good working relationships with all line managers in order to better understand their needs and provide appropriate HR related supportManage sickness absence in collaboration with managers, assisting staff back to work and working with managers to reduce sickness absence across the organisationAct as first point of contact for any HR related query and escalate when necessaryCoaching and guiding managers with all people issuesContribute to the successful implementation appraisal processFacilitate communication across all levels of the organisation
