Principal People are pleased to be working with an industry leading workplace and facility management company to recruit a new HSEQ Advisor to the business, working on a large and varied government contract.

As an integral part of the team, this person will play a key role in providing direct support to staff providing both hard and soft services on the account.

This is a home based role reporting to the HSEQ Manager, where you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule and travel around the Midlands.

The HSEQ Advisor will be responsible for:

Acting as the subject matter expert on all areas of HSEQ, including incident investigations, internal auditing, and promoting a positive safety culture. Aiding in the implementation of the company s HSEQ strategies and policies within the account. Supporting in the delivery and monitoring of an internal and client audit schedule, working to ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001 standards. Helping to proactively deliver HSEQ and wellbeing KPIs. Working alongside management to create a positive safety culture and ownership of HSEQ at all levels. Collecting and analysing HSEQ data.

The successful HSEQ Advisor will have:

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience working within the Facilities Management sector is preferred. The communication skills to work with staff at all levels to engage with and influence key stakeholders. The ability to work autonomously and manage their own schedule. Full UK driving licence.

The successful candidate will receive a base salary of up to GBP55,000 depending on experience and an excellent opportunity to work with a market leading organisation as part of a dedicated and encouraging HSEQ team.
