An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety professional to join a market-leading manufacturing company. You will lead a close-knit Health and Safety team working in an autonomous, varied and exciting role, ensuring all staff are adhering to Health and Safety standards across the factory. The company are looking to heavily invest in you, with training towards qualifications like NEBOSH, allowing for you to progress your career and become an expert within your field as a Health and Safety specialist

This role would suit a Health and Safety professional with a level 3 or higher NEBOSH qualification or equivalent and with a background in Manufacturing or Construction or similar. Someone who is looking to become part of an expanding company that heavily invest in your personal development and have clear progression pathways to group level management.

The Role:

Deploy Health and Safety standards across the factory Keep up to speed on current Health and Safety Regulations Conduct Audits to ISO45001

The Person:

Health and Safety Manager or a Health and Safety Officer with plenty of experience. Minimum level 3 NEBOSH/IOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent. Background in Manufacturing or Construction or similar. Strong influencing abilities.
