conditions, Environmental protection. Promotes Health, Safety and Environment awareness throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities of the HSE Leader:
Advise Senior Management team on HSE requirements and performance.Ensure HSE control plan is fully implemented.Identify unsafe conditions and environmental risks and recommend action plans.Analyse accidents, incidents, and occupational illnesses to set action plans.Evaluate working conditions and site conformity to the legislation.Ensure all required corporate and legal reporting are performed timely and in line with relevant regulations. Analyse the data and recommend actions.Ensure liaison with external bodies (insurance companies, local legal entities).Manage safety audits and create and deliver a Safety first observation/surveillance program.Support management in sourcing and validating appropriate personal protective equipment.Check the conformity of each new facility, production environment and of each material and chemical product used on site and participate in the validation of safe plant lay out.Support the business and site developments and new product/process introduction to ensure risk assessments are carried out for Health, safety, and Environment.Train all new employees on HSE rules and standards (including temporary/agency workers).Responsible for using QMS to develop, manage and maintain appropriate policies and records. Skills & Experience Required:
Level 3 or above Health & Safety practitioner (e.g., NEBOSH General safety certificate).Foundation level or above environment qualification.Experience in Pharmaceuticals or Medical devices in HSE management advantageous.Influencing skills.Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within FMP.Flexibility to change priorities in response to changing environment.Self-driven, with an enthusiastic approach and positive attitude.
