The HRBP role, will play an important part in the integration of this business. To operate as a trusted people advisor and coach on matters such as employment law, training and development, recruitment and selection, employee relations, organisational change and organisational policies and procedures, giving pragmatic advice and solutions in a business partner manner. To support Managers and the HR function in strategically moving the business forward by advising on people strategies from key metrics for area(s) responsible. Quality checking performance reviews, return to works and probationary reviews, prepared by Line Managers and providing coaching and mentoring to improve capabilities. Full ownership of all ER issues in a timely manner in accordance with policies, procedures and templates. To undertake the extensive engagement of people and managers in a positive light, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor to bring about harmonious working relationships and positive outcomes. To proactively own the absence management procedure, including ensuring paperwork is completed on time in full, assisting Managers with return-to-work interviews and providing statistics as required. Providing insight into ER cases for future learning for coaching and mentoring the junior members of the HR Team and knowledge transfer for the remainder of the HR team. To partner with the Occupational Health provider in line with overall business and HR strategy.Manage TUPE in and TUPE out projects across the organisation, whilst dealing with this in a diligent manner. Provide Hiring insights to hiring managers and bringing about prompt resolutions to the hiring process. Reducing time to hire by being proactive in searching when performance issues arise. To support the day to day requirements for recruitment and onboarding in the absence of the HR Administration function in the UK ensuring a first-class delivery of these duties are conducted in a timely manner.To assist in the development and communication of new HR policies and procedures to the business in line with employment law changes. Associate of CIPD Demonstrable experience in a similar role, particularly an environment that has demanded strong employee relations skills. Experience of employee engagement surveys and initiatives. Experience of acquisition integration is desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A pragmatic attitude and highly professional approach.Excellent planning, organisation and execution skills. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, presentation and key attention to detail.
