Anderson Knight are recrutiing a HR Shared Services Team Leader who will play a key role in overseeing and optimising our clients HR shared services operations. This role is a FTC for a period of 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals, ensuring the delivery of efficient and high-quality HR services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the HR Shared Services team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional development. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services function, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services. Implement and improve processes to optimise efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience. Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that HR services meet the needs of employees and managers. Address and resolve escalated inquiries and issues, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service delivery. Stay informed about HR laws and regulations, ensuring that HR Shared Services processes are compliant. Collaborate with the HR team to update and communicate HR policies and procedures. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR Shared Services processes. Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators and service delivery metrics. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and CIPD qualified Proven experience in HR shared services or a similar role Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
