HR Support Officer
Salary: 27,000 - 30,000
Location: Hull
Implement and advise the HR operations across the Company, to provide a professional, efficient and effective HR support to the Company. Represent the Company at external events. Develop and implement new ways of working and contribute to the people strategy and team plans. Responsible for the development of strategic HR processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Company's Business Plans. Work with an outsourced HR provider where necessary on legal issues.
THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards.
Expert verbal and written communication skills with people at all levels.
Broad and expert knowledge of employment issues.
Capable in managing multiple tasks and deadlines with the ability to evidence success in these areas.
The postholder is required to have highly developed influencing, caring, advocacy, negotiating and coaching skills with the ability to give complex messages and deal with emotional situations.
