Hours: Full Time, Mon–Fri Office Hours
Working pattern: Hybrid, part office, part remote
Contract: 1yr Fixed Term Contract, covering maternity leave, ideally to start before end of Feb 2024.

We're looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to manage a central team of HR administrative professionals, from our Corporate Head Office, for a period up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
As a HR Shared Services Manager you'll lead, coach and mentor a team of HR Administrative professionals to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience focused service, within all aspects of HR department operations. Promoting a high–performance culture, KPI's aligned, ensuring clear SLA's are met and standards of service are of a positive and highly professional nature at all times.
What you'll do:
As an experienced HR Shared Services leader, you will be able to lead and coach your team, facilitate knowledge sharing to act as subject matter experts on all employee lifecycle enquiries, contractual and HR Systems data related. You will be championing a positive employee or line manager experience of the HR Shared Services team, ensure prompt and accurate resolution of HR enquiries and requests through the CRM.You will be a keen data analyst and reporter, and will always be looking to streamline and integrate HR processes whilst driving continuous improvement. Leading engagement, to ensure all action planning and team objectives support the overall group HR strategy and business objectives. This will be facilitated by the relationships you create and strengthen internally within the business.Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader HR leadership team to design and execute a progressive and efficient HR Shared Services. Supportive to the HRBP and HRM teams across the HCA group, to ensure new or changed HR products, services, processes, or policies are communicated, planned, and implemented effectively. What you'll bring:
The successful candidate will have significant team leadership experience within a commercial and corporate HR shared service environment. Have the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and build robust relationships by being visible and HR credible. You will have good commercial awareness and excellent communication skills able to lead and coach teams, set and monitor performance expectations and enhance SLA driven services.CIPD qualified and knowledge of the Workday System, desirable but not essential.
