Due to internal progression within the HR Team, we are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to lead our HR Service Desk team in delivering best-practice HR services!

As the successful HR Service Desk Manager you will:

Lead the HR Service Desk Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services.Coach, develop & upskill Line Managers & Operators to ensure that they are confident and competent to handle day-to-day employee relations activity on site (i.e. disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance etc.).Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the HR function, challenging the status quo.Provide expert employee relations advice and support, escalating complex cases as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve collective People Vision and UK HR Strategy.Deliver projects to a high standard in line with the HR Strategy Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Skills & Experience:

Background in HR ideally with management experience (CIPD qualification desirable)Proven ability to handle a range of ER issues.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.Team player with a flexible approach to work, fostering a warm and friendly environment.
