An experienced HR Resourcing Specialist is required by a market leading data analytics firm which will be part hybrid based out of our Central Manchester offices. We are looking for applicants who have worked the full 360 recruitment lifecycle whilst managing a number of other projects simultaneously.
The role is integral within the business and plays a key part in helping the operation achieve their objectives. As an HR Resourcing Specialist you will report directly into the HR Business Partner and there will be an emphasis on filling roles by data mining searching various databases. This is an exciting position and one that will give you close access to the Senior UK and US Leadership Teams. Typical duties are as follows but not limited to:
Resourcing:
Using a variety of methods (including data mining of the internet, Linked In, direct sourcing, online databases, social media, internal database, employee referrals, and career fairs) source candidates that meet the target profile. Loading job requisitions and offers through full approvals within Hirebridge. Experience of negotiating excellent advertisement rates and also agency terms and conditions Using screening techniques to reduce the candidate pool. Compile well thought out and professional job adverts Arrange interviews Ensure bank competency questions, interview assessment documentation is sent to the hiring manager. Please ensure the documentation is completed for each interview and returned to Human Resources. Liaise and engage with Universities for the Placement programme advertising our positions. Plan and lead the annual PRGX Placement programme for c. 40 student placement, including the engagement of Placements, the offer paperwork and onboarding. Lead managers through the hiring process by ensuring a high level of communication and adherence to talent acquisition process and legalities. Liaise with the Payroll and Accounts Teams to ensure that they are kept fully updated of all employee changes, Sickness/Attendance Records if required HR Advisory:
Proven experience as a HR Advisor (generalist) Be able to give appropriate HR advice on key issues such as first line disciplinaries, grievances, employee health issues Support and guide managers with key issues Deliver a HR service which is respected for its professionalism and helps the department to consistently deliver effective and efficient business performance Respond as appropriate to telephone calls/visits from managers/employees/agencies/US colleagues Good knowledge of current employment legislation Experience of working in a change management environment This is a great chance to join an organisation that is the market leader in their field and prides itself on putting their employees first.
