The successful HR & Recruitment Officer will assist the HR Lead with the responsibility of establishing and managing all personnel procedures within the company.

Take responsibility for recruitment, both in house resourcing and external recruitment Lead fortnightly recruitment call. Work with managers/supervisors to produce job descriptions for all positions within the company. Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, employee referrals, social media, careers fairs, etc.) Provide administrative support to all recruitment and selection activities, assisting with queries relating to recruitment. Manage and liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment period, including arranging interviews and providing feedback. Provide induction program for new employees in conjunction with Staff Trainer. Monitor and record staff absence. Conduct Wellness Action Plan interviews as necessary, following the sickness/absence procedure. Administer appraisal system within the company. Liaise with all departments providing information and guidance. Carry out probationary reviews and disciplinary matters, liaising with managers/supervisors, HR Lead and/or HR consultancy when necessary. Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience within similar HR Officer position Experience preparing Job Descriptions Competent liaising with Job Boards and Agencies Solid knowledge of HR processes and procedures Excellent communication skills What s Next?
