HR and Recruitment Administrator Permanent Nottingham Up to 26,000

Are you a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail? Have you got experience working within a HR Department, or have you CIPD Level 3 or above?

We have a really great role, working within a school environment where you will be involved in recruitment and supporting employees throughout their employee lifecycle. Could this role be of interest to you?

What a typical day might include:

Working within a team of 3, you will be responsible for:

Recruitment administrationAdvertising vacanciesArranging interviewsNew starter paperwork and onboarding documentsProviding first-line HR supportRecording and monitoring staff absenceMaintaining and updating the HR information systemMinute taking in HR meetingsEntering details on to the payroll systemSupporting the Compliance Officer, you will maintain and ensure accuracy of all compliance records - including the Single Central Record
