An exciting 1 year maternity contract has arisen with our client for an experienced HR & Recruitment Administrator for a 1 year maternity contract. You will be working with a team of 4 supporting the UK worforce of over 350 employees.

Responding to all HR related queries via phone, email, and in personManage own assigned HR emailsSupporting with recruitment activitiesProducing references and confirmation of employment lettersProcessing new starters, secondments, promotions, leavers, and change of terms and conditions within contractsContributing to monthly payrollMaintaining employee dataCreating regular reportsMany other duties, full job description available upon requestThe successful HR Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
Previous HR experience would be desirable but not essential CIPD 4 or above would be welcomed if not strong experience will be consideredExcellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesStrong MS office skills, particularly ExcelHR database experience desirable - Cascade.
