THE ROLE
Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up-to-date. Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records, liaising with managers Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems To report KPIs to groups Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues (WFH flexibility) Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process Preparing job offer emails and employment offer contracts Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods Create and implement effective on boarding plans Creating employee training materials under the guidance of the learning and development manager Develop training and development programs Provide counselling on policies and procedures Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Assisting with monthly payroll and resolving payment issues Supporting the development of performance review processes and reward schemes
THE PERSON
Previous HR experience is essential Minimum of CIPD Level 3 is required Clear understanding of Employment Law is essential Excellent attention to detail Displays the correct level of empathy Can recognise risk to the company and will act accordingly Can work at pace, and adjust plans accordingly to deal with unforeseen events Constantly looks for improvements to current HR processes
